Schedule:
• Primarily Day Shift, but must be available to work Nights
• Monday–Friday with some Saturdays as required

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to read and write English

Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify sources of equipment problems
• Complete pre-operation equipment inspections and report findings
• Set up, adjust, and operate basic machine tools
• Assist with installation of new production equipment and infrastructure
• Read and interpret work instructions and execute tasks accordingly
• Prepare maintenance reports and document maintenance activities

JOB RESPONSIBILTIIES:

Grow business with existing customer base by calling to understand need, make proposals, aggressively follow up and close orders, and by seeking out large sales opportunities and working with sales management to close.
Utilize the CRM to organize your customer base, schedule calls and tasks, understand customer stats and buying behavior, send estimates and process orders.
Qualify and grow your customer needs by understanding our product base, determining product fit, promoting related products and representing our full offerings
Record all communication in the CRM.
Keep management informed by submitting regular activity and sales reports.
Participate in regular training sessions and sales support meetings.
Help resolves customer complaints by working with your sales and customer service team to investigating problems and develop solutions.
Help Sales & Marketing expand our product offering by bringing customer needs for product we do not have
