Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components, including sheet metal, ductwork, and structural elements, adhering to project specifications and safety protocols
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute fabrication tasks
• Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble materials
• Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure precise welds and fit-up
• Follow ASME codes & standards for welding procedures and fabrication quality assurance
• Assist with rigging, pipe threading, assembly, and mechanical tasks as needed on construction sites or manufacturing floors
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety guidelines

Requirements

• Proven construction site experience with a strong background in welding and fabrication processes
• Proficiency in MIG welding; experience with FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and TIG welding is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with welding techniques relevant to the role’s projects
• Experience working with sheet metal, ductwork, piping, or structural steel in construction or manufacturing settings
• Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment
• Knowledge of ASME codes & standards for welding practices and safety compliance
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Ability to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery is advantageous but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers to and from appointments or designated locations
• Provide a high level of customer service and ensure a positive rider experience
• Assist passengers as needed, including those with mobility or accessibility needs
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or issues
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record required
• Previous experience in caregiving, patient transport, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and routes

Requirements:

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule between 3:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Ability to pass a national background check and obtain a DOT medical certificate
• Ability to assist passengers and perform light physical activity as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods
• Ability to assist passengers entering/exiting the vehicle when required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
