Position Overview:
We’re looking for dependable shop helpers to support a fast-paced, high-end millwork production team. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly while maintaining top-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist craftsmen with material handling, assembly support, and general shop tasks
Move and stage materials safely and efficiently throughout the shop
Help package and prepare millwork for delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support cutting, sanding, and prep work as directed
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries

Qualifications:
Prior shop, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Attention to detail and respect for quality craftsmanship

Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in a millwork or cabinet shop
Familiarity with basic tools and equipment
Forklift experience

We are seeking experienced Plasma Coating Operators and Plasma Coating Supervisors to join our team in Conroe, TX.

This position requires hands-on experience with plasma coating. Candidates with only thermal spray experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate plasma coating equipment.
• Apply plasma coatings according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect coated parts and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Supervisors will oversee daily production, train employees, and ensure production goals are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Required: Strong plasma coating experience.
• IGT experience is required.
• Experience operating plasma coating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Leadership experience required for Supervisor candidates.

General Laborer Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or Construction is a plus
• Familiarity with assembly tools, equipment, and tape measures
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs throughout shift
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Work 12 hr shifts

Position Summary

The Milling & Extrusion Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently milling and extruding materials for Perlast and PPE products according to job cards and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow job cards and standard work instructions for milling and extrusion.
• Operate machinery and maintain quality standards.
• Measure, add, and cut materials to the required specifications.
• Inspect products to ensure only quality materials move to the next stage.
• Record production information accurately and on time.
• Report production issues, stops, near misses, incidents, and accidents.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, especially at the end of each shift.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Previous experience operating machinery.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Basic manufacturing math skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Reliable and safety-conscious.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for the majority of the shift.
• Work in a clean room and wear required protective gear, including a suit, ear plugs, safety glasses, shoe covers, hair net, and beard cover when applicable.

Position Summary

The Press Operator is responsible for pressing cord for post-cure and final inspection departments while following production instructions and maximizing lift performance.

Responsibilities

• Mold O-rings and custom/specialty products using the correct materials and tooling.
• Complete and sign job cards accurately.
• Follow all job card instructions and SOPs.
• Prioritize work according to customer due dates and report production issues that may affect on-time delivery.
• Ensure maximum lift performance whenever possible.
• Inspect products to ensure only quality products move to the next stage.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and complete end-of-shift cleanup.
• Complete and understand shift handovers.
• Follow the assigned schedule and company timekeeping policies.

Working Environment

• Work around moving machinery.
• Minimal noise.

Position Summary

The Quality Lead will lead and support the Quality Team in a manufacturing environment. This position helps maintain product quality, resolve quality issues, reduce scrap, and ensure production meets customer and ISO 9001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide guidance to Quality Team members.
• Manage Quality Inspector priorities and monitor hot jobs.
• Help ensure proper staffing and coverage.
• Represent Quality during daily shop-floor management meetings.
• Review daily scrap and Material Review Board (MRB) parts and dispositions.
• Lead and participate in problem-solving activities to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Communicate quality issues through quality alerts and management escalations.
• Identify, contain, and prevent nonconforming products from reaching customers.
• Review and escalate failed quality tests and process audits.
• Support receiving inspections and qualification of incoming raw materials.
• Escalate supplier quality issues to the appropriate departments.
• Coordinate training for new and existing Quality Team members.
• Support plant yield and scrap reduction initiatives.
• Support tool qualification and new product development (NPD) sample measurements.
• Have the authority to stop shipments or hold production when quality issues arise.
• Maintain safe work habits and good housekeeping.
• Ensure the Quality Management System meets ISO 9001 requirements.
