Now Hiring: Welders Needed

Conroe, TX & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $20.00–$27.00/hour (DOE)

Shifts Available: Day & Night Shifts

We are currently hiring experienced Welders/Fabricators for opportunities in the Conroe area. Candidates must have strong welding and fabrication experience, including working with valves, piling, and various metal components.

Positions Available:

Flux Core Welders

Welders/Fitters

Pulse MIG Welders

Roll-Out Machine Welders

Responsibilities:

* Perform welding and fabrication on valves, piling, and various metal components.

* Fit, weld, and assemble components according to specifications and drawings.

* Perform Flux Core (FCAW), Pulse MIG, and other welding processes as required.

* Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.

* Use welding tools, equipment, and measuring devices accurately.

* Inspect completed work to ensure quality and meet specifications.

* Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

* Previous welding and fabrication experience required.

* Experience working with valves, piling, and metal components required.

* Strong experience with Flux Core Welding, Pulse MIG Welding, and fitting.

* Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding specifications.

* Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment.

* Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
