Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to work the mid-shift from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling operations. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Dispatcher will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and schedule advanced and same-day services
Maintain communication with vehicle drivers on cancellations, no-shows, pick-ups, etc.
Maintain customer records and update as needed
Serve as liaison between operators and emergency personnel in the event of an accident / mechanical breakdown, or vehicle incident of any type.

Experience

Proven experience in dispatching roles is preferred.
Previous customer service experience
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
