NOW HIRING: TIG Welder

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Overtime and weekends as needed

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team in Conroe, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a dependable individual who is eager to learn, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience required

* Basic mechanical skills

* Ability to use a grinder and read a tape measure

* Ability to work independently and follow instructions

* Fast learner with strong attention to detail

* Able to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment

* Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more

Responsibilities

* Perform TIG welding on metal components according to specifications

* Read and interpret work instructions and measurements

* Grind and prepare materials for welding

* Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met

* Maintain a clean and safe work area

* Assist with additional production tasks as needed
