Pay: Starting at $17/hour

Job Overview:
Staffing Texas is hiring a Stator Technician for a night shift position in the Spring area. If you have mechanical skills, attention to detail, and experience with equipment such as manual lathes, injection molding machines, and overhead cranes, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain equipment including:
• Sandblast rig
• Coating rig
• Manual lathe
• Injection molding machine
• Autoclave
Assemble and disassemble injection tooling and molds
Inspect stators to ensure they meet quality standards
Safely operate an overhead crane
Handle high-temperature tubing following all safety guidelines
Troubleshoot production issues and assist with resolutions
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in a stator reline facility preferred
Manual lathe and Desma injection machine experience is a plus
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure down to 1/16”)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must pass a background check
Shift:
Night Shift – Flexibility required to adjust to changing work schedules.
