We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with our company’s strategic goals.

What you bring to the table:

• 1–3 years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting
• Strong communication and sourcing skills
• Proven success hitting recruiting KPIs (fill rate, time-to-fill, etc.)
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment tools
• Bilingual a plus (but not required)
• Experience in social media management to leverage recruiting platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
