Now Hiring: Shipping & Receiving

Location: Spring, TX

Pay: $18 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving professional to join our team in Spring, TX. This role is key to maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring timely, accurate shipments. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and efficiently

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision

Receive and inspect incoming shipments

Label and package products correctly to ensure protection in transit

Maintain inventory levels and report supply needs

Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures

Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to fulfill inventory requests

Utilize shipping tools and warehouse software (scanners, label printers, etc.)

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold warehouse conditions

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Mechanical aptitude preferred (assembly or equipment handling)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sage50 (or similar inventory/shipping software)

Forklift and overhead crane experience strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
