Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving
Spring, TX | $18 per hour
We are seeking a dependable, motivated Warehouse / Shipping and Receiving Team Member to join our team in Spring, TX. This is a hands-on role that supports daily warehouse operations with an emphasis on order fulfillment, inventory handling, and shipping. Mechanical aptitude is highly preferred, and we’ll provide the training and tools to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers with accuracy and care
- Use proper labeling and packaging techniques to protect merchandise
- Receive and inspect shipments; verify item counts and condition
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Track inventory levels and report low stock on shipping supplies
- Assist sales and customer service teams with inventory questions
- Learn and apply shipping tools and technology (labeling, scanning, etc.)
- Support other warehouse functions as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse subject to heat, cold, and prolonged periods of standing or walking
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
- Mechanical aptitude preferred – including basic assembly or equipment handling
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Sage50 or similar software is required
- Forklift and/or overhead crane experience strongly preferred
