Quality Control Inspector

Magnolia, TX

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Shift: AM Shift – 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Schedule: Must be able to work weekends as needed

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team! In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for inspections, data analysis, and implementing quality control procedures to maintain excellence across production.

Duties & Responsibilities

Knowledge of pipe inspection

Weld inspection experience

Torch cutting

Review of MTRs (Material Test Reports)

Review of ITRs (Inspection Test Reports)

Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products

Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or deviations

Collect and analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas

Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions

Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with established systems and procedures

Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality control records

Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical skills

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments

In-depth knowledge of quality inspection techniques

Familiarity with quality management systems and QA principles

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities
