Paint/Prep Technician – Willis, TX

Location: Willis, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18 an hour

General Description:

We’re on the hunt for a Paint/Prep Technician to join our team in Willis, TX! If you like working with your hands, enjoy seeing the results of your work, and want to be part of a team that builds awesome truck bodies, platforms, and dump units — this might be your perfect fit!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepping vehicle surfaces for paint

Filling and sanding body imperfections

Masking and protecting surfaces before painting

Pre-fitting and drilling for bumpers, ladder racks, etc.

Wearing PPE and working safely at all times

Meeting daily production goals

Working independently and as part of a team

Keeping your area clean and organized

Bringing a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Previous experience in truck equipment or similar industry

Basic auto body knowledge

Clean, organized work habits

Great attention to detail

Able to lift/move up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks
