Now Hiring: Coating Inspector

Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: $18.75/hour
Shift: Night Shift 5pm to 5:30am
Start Times: 3 PM, 4 PM, or 5 PM (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some Saturdays required)

Position Overview

Seeking detail-oriented Coating Inspectors to support quality control and inspection of coated products. Hands-on role with training provided and growth opportunities!

Key Responsibilities

Follow safety guidelines & maintain clean work area
Interpret verbal/written instructions
Meet production & shipping deadlines
Perform pre-operation equipment checks
Set up/operate basic tools & machinery
Read blueprints & work instructions
Work closely with production & quality teams

Preferred Experience

Quality control in manufacturing/production
Familiar with abrasive blasting & liquid/powder coating
Experience using inspection tools:
Mil gauge, calipers, micrometers, psychrometer, contact pyrometer, holiday detection tools

Requirements

Read & write English (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
Detail-oriented & safety-focused
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
