Job Description

POSITION: Stamping Manager

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: $21–$25/hr (DOE)

Shift Schedule

Mon–Thurs: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Must be available for overtime & weekends, as needed.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Stamping Manager to lead and coordinate all activities within our stamping facility. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, hands-on experience in a stamping or machining environment, and proven leadership abilities.

You should be comfortable with machining equipment, able to operate a forklift

, and capable of maintaining workflow, quality, and safety. Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus but not required.

This role requires excellent time management, strong quality control focus

, and the ability to keep all machinery well-maintained. You’ll oversee repairs

and preventive maintenance on presses as needed.

Requirements

Able to work in heat/cold conditions

Must lift at least 50 lbs

Steel-toe boots required (other PPE provided)

Strong mechanical background

Experience managing employees

Machining experience required

Forklift operation skills required
