Job Opening: Mesh Inspector (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: $15.00/hr
Shift:

Mon–Thurs: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-min lunch)

Fri: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hr lunch)
OT & weekends required as needed
Position Summary
The Mesh Inspector will work alongside a fully trained inspector to learn how to independently inspect, cut, and label metal mesh. Duties include evaluating incoming shipments for defects, cutting mesh coils accurately, and ensuring proper identification and documentation.
This is a temp position with potential to be hired permanently, depending on performance, skill development, and commitment.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming metal mesh shipments for defects

Cut mesh coils to required lengths

Label/identify mesh material accurately

Maintain strong attention to detail — excellent eyesight required

Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Work independently while still following instructions when given

Complete a minimum 2-month training period
Job Requirements

Able to lift minimum 50 lbs

Must work comfortably in hot/cold shop environments

Must have steel-toe boots

Fast learner with strong work ethic

Reliable, committed, and able to follow safety guidelines
