Job Description

NOW HIRING: Manual Lathe Machinist

Cleveland, TX

$20.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)

Full-Time | Day Shift

Duties:

Set up & operate manual machining equipment (lathes, mills, grinders)

Read blueprints, drawings & specs to determine operations

Use precision measuring tools (bore gauges, CMMs) to ensure accuracy

Select & install proper tooling for each job

Perform routine machine maintenance

Assemble & weld components as needed

Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency & reduce waste

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with manual machining equipment

Skilled at reading blueprints & technical drawings

Familiar with hand tools & precision measuring instruments

Forklift operation experience (preferred)

Knowledge of plastics injection molding processes (a plus)

Familiarity with Fanuc controls (preferred)

Strong attention to detail & ability to work with precision
