Job Description

NOW HIRING: Structural Welder/Fitter
Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: $22.50 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder/Fitter to join our team! This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong welding experience and the ability to interpret blueprints while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields
Must pass flat, uphill, and overhead weld test
Proficient in FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)
Ability to read and interpret weld prints
Familiar with standard welding tools and procedures
Capable of handling physical workload
