Job Description

NOW HIRING: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr / DOE

Schedule: Full-Time

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused individual to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. If you have an eye for precision and enjoy working in a structured environment, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods

Use Calypso software for inspection data collection and reporting

Operate micrometers, calipers, and vision inspection systems

Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP, and ISO 9001 standards

Identify and report defects/non-conformities

Collaborate with teams on quality improvements

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace

Requirements:

Previous experience in quality inspection or similar field

Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, and ISO 9001

Skilled in precision measuring instruments and inspection systems

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and in team environments

Proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and reporting
