Job Description

NOW HIRING: Sandblaster

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: $18.00/hour + $1.00/hour night shift differential

Schedule: Train on Day Shift (for 1 month), then move to Night Shift

Night Shift Hours: Starting at 5:00 PM — 8s, 10s, or 12s based on workload

Job Type: Full-Time

Are you experienced in sandblasting? Join our team in Conroe, TX where you’ll start on day shift and transition to nights after training. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term growth in a hands-on industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces

• Apply industrial coatings or paints as directed

• Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure quality standards

• Maintain and clean blasting tools and work areas

• Follow strict safety protocols and wear all required PPE

• Work in confined spaces or outdoor environments when needed

• Assist with loading/unloading of materials as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Physically fit and comfortable in industrial environments

Safety-minded and detail-oriented

Able to follow instructions and work independently

Willing to work variable-length shifts depending on workload

Previous experience in sandblasting or industrial coatings is a plus
