Job Description

Now Hiring: Experienced CNC Lathe Machinist

Location: Conroe, TX

Shift: AM Shift | Full-Time

Pay: $20–$26/hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled CNC Lathe Machinist with Fanuc control experience for a full-time position in Conroe, TX. The ideal candidate will be proficient in machining, able to perform their own setups, and knowledgeable in thread forms and turning operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications

Perform in-process inspections to ensure tight tolerances

Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order

Understand and apply knowledge of thread types, cutting speeds, and feeds

Ensure high-quality finishes and dimensional accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

3+ years of CNC lathe machining experience

Proficient with Fanuc controls

Ability to perform own setups and tool offsets

Strong knowledge of threading techniques and tolerances

Excellent blueprint reading and measurement skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
