Now Hiring: Shop Helper

Location: Magnolia, TX

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Schedule: 4 days per week (4×10 schedule)

Must be available for overtime and weekends if needed.

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Shop Helpers to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-time, hands-on opportunity for individuals looking to grow in a production environment. Training and PPE will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with material handling and general shop support

• Work with fiberglass materials using proper safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as directed

• Support production teams as needed

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with fiberglass (PPE provided)

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work

• Open to overtime and weekend work when needed
