Now Hiring: Production Worker – Deck (Swing Shift)

Conroe, TX

12:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Hours and days may increase based on workload and deadlines.

Monday – Friday (some Saturdays required)

$18/hour

We are currently seeking a Production Worker for a swing shift deck position in Conroe, TX. This role involves physical work and is ideal for someone comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift

Cutting rope and handling materials

Using small hand tools (grinder, torch, etc.)

Rolling pipe and assisting with production tasks

Following safety procedures and meeting production deadlines

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods

Experience with torch cutting preferred

Comfortable working long hours when needed

Reliable and punctual
