AM Shift
$25/hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Flux Core / Hard Wire (MIG) Welder to join our team in Conroe, TX. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder looking for steady work and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
Perform flux core and hard wire (MIG) welding on various materials
Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Set up and operate welding equipment
Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
Grind, clean, and finish welds as needed
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Meet daily production goals

Requirements:
Experience with flux core and MIG (hard wire) welding required
Ability to read blueprints
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and able to work full shift
