Job Description

NOW HIRING – Polyurethane Foam Operator

Conroe, TX |

Starting pay: $17–$22/hr

Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and career-minded operator to join our team! This role involves operating polyurethane foam rigs to repair concrete by injecting foam under and around existing slabs.

We do not pour new concrete; only repairs!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate polyurethane foam reactors safely and efficiently

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Follow directions from crew leaders & work as part of a team

Travel occasionally for out-of-town projects or night work (rare)

Maintain safety standards at all job sites, including schools

and city projects

Requirements:

Able to handle physical labor & work outdoors

Valid driver’s license required

Must be able to pass a background check

Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn

Career-minded and motivated
