Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shop Hand to join our team in a dynamic facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the process by assisting with various tasks from operating hand and power tools, assisting with forklift, clean up and ensuring that all work is performed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Assist in the fabrication and assembly of products according to specifications.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Operate forklifts as required, following all safety guidelines.
Perform other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
Must be comfortable in non-climate controlled environments
Must be able to list, push, and pull up to 70lbs regularly.
