Job Description

SUMMARY: We are looking for a high-performing Selling Branch Manager to help us meet our customer and revenue growth targets by keeping our local branch competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our branch team potential, crafting plans and justifying those to plans to upper management. The Branch Manager is responsible for personnel management and daily operations at the branch level. As a champion for growth, the Branch Manager must demonstrate the ability to understand the insights and implications of the Staffing Industry and develop team strategies that result in innovation and exceptional growth.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary driver for sales and marketing, operations, and branch profitability
  • Manage branch personnel and set individual performance goals and targets
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Employee development and performance management
  • Increase brand awareness within the community
  • Improve branch productivity and streamline activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels
  • Ability to develop and maintain high-level customer relationships

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience managing people is required
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Must be goal-oriented and able to set and meet goals at branch level
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience growing branch revenues
  • Staffing Industry knowledge and knowledge of rules and regulations
  • Results driven attitude
  • Strong customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office
