Pay: $18.00/hour 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with some Saturdays as required 
Shift Start: 5:00 AM (End time varies: 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM, or 5:30 PM depending on 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts) 
Note: Schedule may vary due to workload and deadlines 
Job Summary: 
Key Responsibilities: 
Perform hand blasting and surface prep on various materials Use small hand tools such as grinders and shovels Bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding positions for extended periods Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner 
Requirements: 
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending and lifting Experience using hand tools such as grinders preferred Strong attention to detail and safety Willingness to work variable hours as required by workload Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
