Job Description

NOW HIRING: Safety Coordinator

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Shift: AM Shift | Full-Time

Type: Temp-to-Hire

We’re looking for a dedicated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Safety Coordinator to join our team!

This role is ideal for someone passionate about workplace safety, compliance, and creating a positive safety culture.

Summary:

The Safety Coordinator supports and leads safety initiatives across all facilities — ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting inspections, and promoting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate injuries, near misses, and safety violations; maintain OSHA logs

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies

Conduct safety audits and plant inspections

Lead safety meetings, new-hire orientations, and training sessions

Promote proactive communication and hazard awareness

Support programs that strengthen overall employee well-being

Requirements:

High school diploma required; degree in Safety or related field preferred

3+ years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

Knowledge of OSHA standards, inspections, and investigations

Proficient in Microsoft Office; safety software a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Able to walk, stand, climb, and lift up to 40 lbs
