NOW HIRING: Recruiting Coordinator

OVERTIME REQUIRED

Bryan, TX

Pay: Depending on experience, $17 starting

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM BUT will be required to work sometimes before 8 and sometimes after 5. Must be available without notice to stay late or come in early.

We are looking for a professional and organized Recruiting Coordinator/Front Desk Administrator who can keep the office running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

High-volume data entry — 8,000+ keystrokes

Customer service experience

Strong computer and data entry skills

Answer and direct phone calls

Professional appearance and communication

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Ability to efficiently move traffic through the office

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Reliable and detail-oriented
