Administrative Assistant needed in Houston, TX!
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Screens & forwards calls as needed, takes messages if staff is unavailable.
- Maintains safe, clean, and welcoming reception area.
- Transmits information & documents using e-mail, regular mail, copying, scanning, etc.
- Sorts & distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing mail
- Maintains supply room and orders office supplies while keeping costs under control.
- Assists the Accounting Department by matching purchase orders to vendor invoices, matching checks to vendor invoices, processing several bills when needed, and submitting customer invoices when needed.
- Other duties as assigned such as but not limited to running company related errands, filing, data entry, and various administrative tasks.
Payrate--$17 an hour
