Job Description

Staffing Texas is looking for a skilled Quality Control Technician for the Bryan/College Station area! This position would be mainly responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards, conformance to equipment regulations, and frequent and clear communication with the rest of the production team.

Responsibilities:

Test finished products, intermediates, and raw materials
Maintain accurate records of technical information, inspection results, and adjustment notes
Provide reliable and timely communication to other shifts and employees to best promote quality adherence
Maintain housekeeping for laboratory and inspection areas
Other duties as needed

Job Requirements

Must be able to work near and with potentially hazardous chemicals
Must be able to read and write clearly, as well as add, subtract, multiply, and divide proficiently
Must be familiar with the usage of fractions, decimals, percentages, and unit conversion
Must be able to lift, move, push, and pull at least 25 lbs.
