Job Description

Staffing Texas is searching for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor for a company here in the Bryan area! This is a full time, professional, position starting as soon as possible! This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks in both the management and production aspects of the facility, such as:

Responsibilities:

Ensuring policies and procedures are being followed according to ISO requirements
Supervising and managing technicians
Conducting quality inspections and tests on both raw material and finished products
Calibrating and maintaining testing equipment
Updating procedures, specifications, reports and data bases as needed
Enforcing facility safety policies
Collaborate with manager as well as technicians to address performance and quality issues

Job Requirements

Must have Degree in relevant field
Must have a MINIMUM 5 years of lab experience
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be well organized, efficient, and able to complete goals with little supervision
