Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, analyzing data, and implementing quality control procedures.

Duties:

Knowledge of pipe inspection
Weld inspection Experience
Torch Cutting
MTRs
ITRs
Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure product specifications are met
Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards
Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with established quality systems and procedures
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
Skills:
Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and identify trends
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
In-depth knowledge of quality inspection techniques and procedures
Familiarity with quality management systems and quality assurance principles
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or deviations from specifications
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of inspections and findings
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
