Job Description

NOW HIRING: Production Planner

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: $20/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Occasional Overtime & Weekends

Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Planner with strong Excel experience to join our team! You’ll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders and material availability

Estimate materials, equipment, and labor requirements

Adjust schedules to meet changing priorities and deadlines

Track and report production performance

Coordinate with departments to ensure workflow efficiency

Recommend improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity

Requirements:

Strong Excel experience required (formulas, data management, reporting)

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)

Prior experience as a Production Planner

Proficient in Microsoft Office & MRP software

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
