NOW HIRING: Production Planner / Customer Service Representative

Willis, TX

Temp-to-Hire

Mon–Fri | 7:00AM–4:00PM (In Person)

$20.00–$28.00/hr

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a leading manufacturing team producing high-quality mechatronic assemblies, pedals, steering columns & mechanical cables for top industries like agriculture, construction, Powersports & more!

This role is the main link between customers and production—making sure orders are correct, schedules stay on track, and production runs smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter customer orders into SAP with accurate pricing & lead times

Communicate daily with customers via phone & email

Attend production & material shortage meetings

Monitor EDI orders & maintain MOQs

Create & manage material shortage reports

Maintain part master data in SAP

Release daily work orders to drive production

Identify material shortages & resolve quickly

Oversee current & future production capacity

Improve planning efficiency wherever possible

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or equivalent experience

3–4 years in production planning

Proficient in MRP

Strong Excel skills (advanced functions)

SAP/ERP experience preferred

Excellent communication skills
