Pay Rate: $15 - $16 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Production Operator to join our team in Conroe, TX. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring efficient production flow.
Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Assemble, package, and inspect products for quality assurance.

Monitor production lines and ensure accurate labeling and packaging.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.

Follow production schedules and meet daily quotas.

Report any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.

Assist team members with various tasks as needed.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
