Job Description

Job Title: Press Operator

Location: Montgomery, TX

Pay: $17--$17.50 an hour

Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am–3:45pm (with overtime as needed)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Press Operator to set up and operate compression molding presses for fabricating rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded parts. This role offers a structured transition from day shift training to a permanent night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate compression molding presses

Load parts, operate controls, and inspect parts for quality compliance

Read and interpret engineering drawings, shop manuals, and specifications

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds

Ability to stand for extended periods
