Job Description

Responsibilities For Press Brake Operator:

Operate Cincinnati 250 ton manual press brake.
Bend steel parts ranging from 18-gauge to 1/2-inch steel
Maintain and operate a horizontal saw and make precise cuts on large structural steel
Change press brake tooling/dies
Calibrate and program adjustments to meet bend specifications
Manually set and operate press brake as required (machine operation is mostly automated)
Restock materials and communicate damage or incorrect materials to management
Measure final product precisely to ensure uniformity
Collaborate with QA to create Assembly documentation, procedures, and work instructions
Maintain a safe work environment for self and others when operating equipment and performing job responsibilities

Qualifications for Press Brake

3+ year of press brake operation experience
Operate forklift
High school diploma / GED, or equivalent additional job experience
Understand weld prints and callouts
Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
