Conroe, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours and days may vary based on workload and deadlines
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Yard Helper to join a busy team in Conroe, TX! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating equipment, and working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Organize and maintain the yard area
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Move materials and equipment throughout the facility
Assist team members with general labor duties as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications:
Must be able to read and write English
Forklift experience required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
Must be flexible with schedule changes based on business needs
