Job Description

Staffing Texas is looking For a yard helper for a pipe company!

1. Receiving: Process inbound material; remove and dispose of packing/shipping materials used to transport pipe; verify and document heat numbers and other identifiable information listed on inbound material; use bills of ladings and mechanical test reports to verify material; measure and document the length of pipe; enter pipe information into SAP system via iPad; maintain cleanliness of yard and shipping area.

2. Maintain inventory: Update and maintain stock inventory locations via SAP; make updates and corrections and verify material information as necessary.

3. Shipping: Locate and tag stock material scheduled for shipment; assist forklift operators by “spotting” during loading and unloading operations; use iPad with SAP to document all loads by taking pictures and scanning barcodes of all outbound material.

Pay Rate for Yard Helper is $16.50-$17.50 / DOE
