Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Non-CDL Driver to support safe and timely transportation services. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in caregiving, patient transport, or customer service, and a passion for helping others. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and comfortable working early mornings and varied shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport passengers to and from appointments or designated locations
Provide a high level of customer service and ensure a positive rider experience
Assist passengers as needed, including those with mobility or accessibility needs
Maintain communication with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or issues
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record required
Previous experience in caregiving, patient transport, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and routes

Requirements:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule between 3:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Ability to pass a national background check and obtain a DOT medical certificate
Ability to assist passengers and perform light physical activity as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods
Ability to assist passengers entering/exiting the vehicle when required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
