Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Coordinate content creation for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the advertising team to create print advertising materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Support the execution of events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
- Attend local meetings around the area

Job Requirements
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and techniques across various media channels.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms for measuring campaign performance.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct marketing experience
