Job Description

We are seeking skilled MIG Welders with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Candidates with repair welding experience, including flood welding and overlay welding techniques, are highly preferred. This role involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment with extended shifts and a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials and components
Execute repair welding, including flood welding and overlay techniques
Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and adherence to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup for each job
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a MIG welder required
Repair welding experience strongly preferred
Experience with flood welding and overlay welding techniques preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work extended hours (10–12 hour shifts) and a rotating schedule
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs for extended periods
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
