Job Description

NOW HIRING: CNC Lathe Machinist
Location: Navasota, TX
Pay: $18-21/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Six days a week (10 hour shifts) Rotating/swing shift: 2 weeks on days/ 2 weeks on evening
Industry: Precision Machining / Manufacturing

Staffing Texas is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist for a high-quality machine shop located in the Conroe area. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work with a dedicated team—this opportunity is for you!

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of CNC Lathe experience (Mazak and/or Haas preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Knowledge of tooling, inserts, and machine operation
Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry)
Must be able to lift 35 lbs consistently
