We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Production Operator to join an aluminum manufacturing team. This role is critical in supporting daily production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment used in aluminum forming, cutting, or extrusion processes
- Load raw materials and monitor machines during operation
- Inspect and measure finished products for quality assurance
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Document production data, including counts, materials used, and downtime
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with packaging and preparing finished goods for shipment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts or other industrial vehicles is a plus
- Basic math and mechanical skills
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety instructions
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot environment
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
