NOW HIRING: Manufacturing Automation Technician

Location: Willis, TX

Pay: $27.00–$37.00/hr / DOE

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM (as needed)

Job Summary:

Seeking a Manufacturing Automation Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automated production equipment. This role supports manufacturing operations through equipment maintenance, repairs, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain automated equipment, sensors, PLCs, and system boards

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, sensor, and control systems

• Perform routine inspections to prevent downtime

• Implement equipment upgrades and modifications

• Maintain maintenance, calibration, and compliance documentation

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience with manufacturing equipment, PLCs, hydraulics, sensors, and electrical systems

• Experience with PLCs, DCS, and Calypso automation software

• Manual machining and metal fabrication skills

• Ability to read engineering drawings

• Strong documentation and communication skills
