Now Hiring: Manufacturing Assemblers

Location: Conroe, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour (minimum)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

Position Summary:

Staffing Texas is looking for reliable and experienced Manufacturing Assemblers to join a growing team in Conroe, TX. This is a full-time, first-shift position ideal for candidates who have previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components and parts according to production specifications

  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and accurately

  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and production schedules

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing experience required

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic

  • Must be a team player with good attention to detail
