Job Description

NOW HIRING – Maintenance Technicians

Caldwell, TX

$17.50–$26/hr (DOE)

12-Hour Shifts | Mon–Sun Availability Required

Day: 6 AM – 6 PM (3 openings)

Night: 6 PM – 6 AM (2 openings)

We are hiring 5 Maintenance Technicians due to increased production demands.

Responsibilities:

Maintain/repair presses, CNC & production equipment

Troubleshoot electrical systems (motors, PLCs, panels, wiring)

Repair hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders)

Preventive maintenance & minimize downtime

Logs, inventory & documentation

Follow OSHA & safety standards

Requirements:

2–3+ years maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)

Strong electrical & hydraulic skills

Read schematics & use diagnostic tools

Lift 50 lbs & stand long periods

Reliable & team-oriented

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
