NOW HIRING: Maintenance Mechanic – Night Shift
Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: $18 – $24/hour (DOE)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to keep our facility running smoothly. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure our equipment operates efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues quickly and accurately
Complete corrective repairs to restore full functionality
Ensure machinery meets safety and compliance standards
Respond promptly to equipment failures to reduce downtime
Keep detailed records of maintenance work performed

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role
Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
