Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: $17.00/hr
Shifts:

Mon–Thurs: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-min lunch)

Fri: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hr lunch)
OT & weekends required as needed

Position Summary
The Machine Operator will work closely with a fully trained operator to learn current production processes and develop the skills needed to independently run machinery. This role requires a fast learner with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior machining experience is required; welding experience is a plus but not mandatory.
This position offers a temp-to-hire path, depending on performance, skill development, and overall commitment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily production while learning machine operation

Train directly under an experienced operator

Learn the full manufacturing process to run production independently

Utilize existing machining experience to support daily tasks

Follow instructions and maintain production flow

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements

Ability to work in hot or cold shop conditions

Able to lift minimum 50 lbs

Must have steel-toe boots

Machining experience required

Welding experience preferred, not required
